Return & Refund Policy


At House of Coords, every product is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. We want you to love your purchase, but if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received is defective.
  • An incorrect item has been delivered.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size-related issues (please refer to our size chart before ordering)
  • Color variations due to screen settings or photography
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after collecting the necessary bank details.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability and are offered only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
